B.C. Supreme Court guidelines Amanda Todd’s identify could be reported throughout upcoming trial of accused | CBC News


A compulsory publication ban that exists on any case involving a sufferer of kid pornography has been struck down in B.C. Supreme Court after a profitable constitutional problem, permitting media to report that the alleged sufferer within the case is Amanda Todd.

Coban was extradited from the Netherlands to Canada in December 2020 and has been in custody since.

Todd’s mom stated she is proud of Monday’s ruling.

Coban’s trial is predicted to begin in June, Todd stated.
